How long will my order take to ship?

Stock sized cloths generally ship the next day. 
Custom orders take 2-5 business days.
If we have to order the fabric, expect a two week turnaround. Digitally Printed cloths ship 3 business days from Proof Approval. 

Can I return my tablecloths or napkins?

We accept returns on stock items with prior authorization. Please call to get a return authorization. On stock sizes we have a 10 day return policy and a 30% restocking fee. We do not reimburse for shipping. If there is a flaw, we would replace the item. 30 day return time. We do not accept returns on custom sized cloths, custom embroidered or digitally printed cloths.

How do I wash my tablecloth?

Most of our cloths are machine washable. Treat stains immediately. Low heat dryer and hanging after dried helps prevent wrinkles. Embroidered cloths should be washed with special care and can be dry cleaned.
